Super Salad

Eat before dinner.

1 big bowl

  • Arugula

  • Celery

Mix in separate cup

  • 2 tbsp Raw Coconut Vinegar

  • 3 tbsp Olive oil

  • 1 tbsp cashew butter

  • 3 tbsp Salt brine

  • 1 drop Essential Oil Supplement Spices Blend: Basil, Black Pepper, Cardamom, Cilantro, Coriander, Fennel, Ginger, Marjoram, Oregano, Pink Pepper, Rosemary, Thyme, Turmeric

Mix dressing into celery, then add the arugula.

Let sit at least 5 minutes to ferment.
