Rice and Beans


Cook 1 cup black rice for 20 minutes.

Mix sauce in mixing cup:

3 tbsp olive oil

1 tbsp xct oil

3 tbsp sole salt brine

3-5 drops essential oil spices blend: oregano, thyme, rosemary, turmeric, black pepper, pink pepper, fennel, basil, coriander, cardamom, cilantro, ginger!

Remove from heat and let sit, covered, for 5 minutes.

add sauce.

Optional:

Add 1/2 cup 100% grass fed beef bone broth to rice after cooking

Let sit for another 5-10 minutes

Say "Thank you, food!"

Eat and save some for later!
