Pickles, Saurkraut, Kimchi, OH MY!

  1. Chop PURPLE cabbage & purple onions (saurkraut); cucumber (pickles)

  2. Add chopped up veges to fill 3/4 of mason jar  

  3. Fill jar 1/2 Raw Apple Cider Vinegar, or 1/2 water;

  4.  Add one bio-xym probiotic supplement capsule (SecretEnergy.com);  

  5. Add medicinal spices/ essential oils of choice ( turmeric cayenne cumin black pepper oregano basil rosemary thyme cardamom cilantro)

  6. Add 1 tbsp of *biodynamic* sugar (once a week);  

  7. Stir ; cap with non-metal mason jar lid; cover so no light can get it; leave on counter;  

  8. Wait until you see ***white*** bacteria forming on surface, stir (black bacteria (mold) is not edible! throw away any parts with black mold on it (the rest should be ok- you shouldnt get any black mold as long as its not exposed to air and light))

  9. Take sips of the juice in morning, night, and before meals.  

  10. Refill with 1/2 water 1/2 vinegar mix when liquid is halfway gone.  

  11. Eat the veges if u want, but the medicine’s in the juice!

  12.  Use this ferment juice as starter culture of all future concoctions, and food for your garden!!
