80g chia seeds

40g sprouted oats

20g sprouted rice protein

water

mix in glass jar

cover

refrigerate for at least 1 hour, at most 5 days- when ready to eat, the chia will have gel like substance around each chia seed!

In separate jar

20g Lucuma powder

1/2 frozen blueberries

1/2 frozen strawberries

refrigerate until juice gathers at bottom

*In double boiler, melt together raw cacao, coconut butter, ribose and erythritol

Pour warm mix into silicone mini muffin tray, 1/3 of the way filled and place in freezer 5 mins until solid

In bowl mix together peanut butter and coconut butter

Pour warm pb mix ontop of chocolate layer in muffin tray, 2/3 of the way filled, freeze 5 mins until solid

Pour rest of warm choco mix ontop of pb layer, filling the tray 3/3

freeze until solid

FINALLY…

mix the choats, burries, and pb cups together and eat!
